Grading Policy
Standard/A Grade - Flaws that are only viewable very close up and at certain angles. These flaws do not detract from the overall appearance of the pin.
Seconds/B Grade - Flaws that are more noticeable, but still require an up close view to see them. They do not take away from the overall appearance of the pin.
C Grade - Flaws that are obvious without having to angle a certain way or look at close up.
Examples of flaws include - pin pricks, over or under filled enamel, scuffing, scratches, missing enamel, incorrect coloring etc.
Please note enamel pins are all handmade and no pin is truly perfect.
Shipping Policy
I will do my best to ship orders within 2-3 days of your purchase. If for whatever reason it will take longer, I will post updates on Instagram as well as here.
I can not control how fast USPS takes to deliver your package. Once they have been dropped off at USPS it's out of my hands.
I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will need to file a claim with USPS.
